i had a dream i could bake my way to heaven
when i awoke, whipped up my illest berry crumble
i told hov there’d be fresh cream, gimmie bout a second
four michelin stars, how the fuck i’m gon’ be humble?
the critics who hit the kitchen, much is tasted
lemon tarts use the rind, smiley faces, nothin’s wasted
i feel the pressure, nothing’s new to me?
and what i do? bake more tarts to eat.
